Yeah I think his inclusion is due to Axel putting the Lost Wave characters in Preternia with Mattel's blessing. So we should expect Strobo and Plasmar to be part of POG when they get made.  

Plasmar's story in Classics had him hunting Snake Men as revenge for the death of his family and village, so that would work well to put him in Preternia.  

I do remember Strobo riding on a Turbodactyl in some illustration. As long as we get them, I’m looking forward to that story!
