He has sculpted fur on his arms and legs and by the way he fills out the box he's a "giant" like, ToG Sla'Kar or Krang.  

It's exactly what I expected after seeing the international packaging. The only difference is the character description on the front and what looks like a short bio on the back.  

They're really good for filling out the world. You can take their weapons and use then as normal Eternian citizens, as new characters, custom fodder or over priced weapons packs.
