I could be ok making NA on the Thundercats / 200X buck… it goes well enough with regular Origins?

Proper vintage buck is also good. Maybe He-Man can be the thicker buck and his friends can be the 200X buck.

I don’t really care, as long as we get NA in Origins somehow! !

The Zoids are a must-have. I'd say add a Horde one and a Snake Man one. Maybe a POP one.

ZOIDS FOR EVERYONE!!!

And while we're at it let's get a Battle Armor Hordak and King Hiss, and a water squirting and arm (snake) spinning King Hiss and Lassr powers Hordak and King Hiss, and all the for She-Ra too!

I'm not really interested in the Snake Men side of the franchise, Horde boy all the way, that being said King Hiss is too crucial of a character NOT to have in your collection and right now he may be the highest normal retail Origins figure in terms of aftermarket price while all his Snake Men you can easily buy on sites like BBTS. Yeah they need to reissue him.

Agreed, but i was talking about variants of King Hiss with gimmicks similar to the He-Man and Skeletor variants.

I’d be cool with this, though I would also love some new ideas. Maybe there are some old unused concepts for other variants of the leaders?

I also *loved* the boxy proto-battle armors they showed for HM and Skelly on the Fright Zone box! I guess those would be a case for the Sketchbook Collection.

She-Ra definitely needs a couple variants, too. And He-Ro 😃

What’s the deal with pre-orders for CC 200x wave 6? I haven’t seen them anywhere

@Durendal

Still, I wouldn't mind if Mattel used bucks / parts from both the Origins vintage line as well as the 200X CC line if/when the New Adventures line debuts.

Maybe even the Skel-Ra buck for bigger guys like Tuskador, Sagitar, and Quakke...

She-Ra has at least two variants.

Yeah, the one with the horsy has some different elements, and then there’s vintage-Ra with a couple production variants.

But Bubble Power is nowhere to be seen. I mean power-up variants like the guys have ‘em, like u said, Battle Armor etc

Where’s New Adventures-Ra! 😃

Yeah I mean vintage variants for She-Ra, and I'd love to see both in Origins alongside a Battle Armor She-Ra and a Laser Power She-Ra.

@ornclown The way they made Tuskador absolutely massive in Classics was a brilliant move since it made sense for that particular character.

I will take all the New Adventures I can get! I'm still chapped we didn't get the complete vintage line in Classics and we only got 3 figures in Masterverse!

We desperately need a Starburst She-Ra, that variant hasn't had a refresh since the vintage line. They could easily do Starburst, Bubble Power, and even Vintage Toy versions of She-Ra for Origins. She got a New Adventures look in Classics, so there's four right there.

Battle Armor She-Ra would be interesting since we've never had a Battle Armor female body.

@chrisa I second all that!

Though technically, we had what was intended as a “vintage” style She-Ra adaption for Origins, early on in the line.
It had at least two variants / rereleases with changes and improvements, including the fan-favorite rerelease.

I’m sure there could be another improved rerelease though, much like they have been doing it with He-Man & Skelly… abandoning the efforts to make them stand on their own as unique Origins iteration, and instead inching ever closer to the vintage originals…

Agreed.

And, I think Sagitar (using the Tauraton buck), Quakke, and possibly Hoove could benefit from more exaggerated or buff bodies in Origins...

If, by some miracle, they do Meliac and/or Grot, the larger buck will be a must.

Movie Tri-Klops and Sketch Skeletor have been pushed back on Target.com again. Had to approve another delay, till August 12.

Meanwhile, Movie MAA is pretty fun, even tho I only got him to get free shipping on my order.
I love the new parts and how his weapons attach.
It’s just with a very human character like him, his proportions just look kinda funny to me, on the vintage Origins buck. Getting used to it though.

...Sagitar (using the Tauraton buck...

That won't work if you want Sagitar to have his centaur and four-armed giant forms.

I might be in the minority on this one, but I'd actually like an Origins Sagitar without his centaur form.

I feel like his "transformation" is a key part of his character and his toy.

I wholeheartedly agree.

However, I feel like the uniqueness of his character / design / features is what kept Mattel from putting him in MOTU Classics - even after he topped so many most-wanted polls.

So, if keeping him as a somewhat basic figure gives us a better chance of getting him, I'll take it.

The rest of my Target Origins order is apparently out for delivery!

Movie Origins Tri-Klops (will his visor turn without using a wrench??), and Sketch Skeletor.

I'm a sucker for the Origins movie figures!

They are some of my favorites in the collection, and some of the most detailed as well....

You should have no problem turning Trike's visor... at least, mine turns very easily.

Dammit the deeper they cut, the more intriguing I find them! So far I only have three figures, but I just preordered Sorceress, since this is the first action figure of her, I believe?

There were only a couple “stactions” during 200X, and in Classics they only did Veena aka Queen Grayskull.

But I’m also looking at the big MEF, since I’m really enjoying the big movie Trap Jaw.
