I’ve seen this seller’s name in connection with other frustrations in the past, when they had other figures in abundance that were otherwise hard to get.same scalper on Ebay who sold 100 pieces of VC Mer Man, now is selling VC Beast Man...can anybody else buy these toys? what's going on here ?
I just noticed that Mer-Man's page is now back up on Walmart. Now let's see of he ever shows up IN STOCK or stays sold out forever just like Man-At-Arms.
He still says "PRE-ORDER" so there's still hope. But I think we all need to start calling Walmart & bitching about this situation. Never available online & never stocked in their stores. These figures are supposed to be readily available in every one of their stores. But they pick & choose which stores they will send them to. Usually the bigger higher traffic stores which leaves mine out.

Like I said before, I think they were STOLEN RIGHT OFF THE CARGO SHIP ON THE DOCK. Some kind of shady connection on the dock or airport or wherever these things first hit the US. Or straight out of the factory in Vietnam. It has been going on for decades with Transformers. These toy scalpers have no morals, just like any other criminals. You've seen the movies, stealing & reselling cars or diamonds or priceless art. Just look at what these bastards are doing with Pokemon cards. They are criminals & everybody buying them off eBay for $65 are also criminals. Most of the Youtubers buy these so they can get the first review months in advance. Everything in this world is corrupt & some type of criminal network. Nothing about this world is on the up & up. Everything is rotten! Most humans are rotten!

It’s unfortunate that probably for some of the suits and Excel-pushers at Mattel, they don’t see it as a problem as long as stuff gets sold. If scalpers buy large quantities all at once, it might not bother them.
I hope that others are more reasonable and perceptive and see that this practice is killing the hobby and disinfranchises the fans, and will step in.
Obviously, if they are actually being stolen, I would think they start investigating for sure.
Unfortunately, cottage industries and opportunists set up everywhere, part of the American entrepreneurship 😏 But yes, it quickly goes into unethical, and criminal territory.

After years & years, Hasbro finally did something about the Transformers KO's coming out of China. One day they were no longer allowed to be sold on eBay. And that's the last we heard of it. That didn't stop KO's & 3rd party Transformers from being produced. And then Hasbro moved production from China to Vietnam. I don't think they can really do anything outside of America. If these things are stolen out of the factory in Vietnam they'll find a buyer in America like this one scalper selling Mer-Man & Beast-Man. That's why I immediately noticed the seller is in CA. That's where all these toys first hit. They're really getting stolen from Walmart.
I think. I'm not 100% sure about the details but it makes sense since there is only 1 eBay seller in CA. with these things.
The only other thing that it could be is Mattel is shipping to this 1 seller way before everybody else. And that doesn't seem likely.
That ponytail from the new 200x Origins Teela is definitely going on one of my extra Masterverse heads. I bought 2 New Eternia & 2 Vintage Collection Teela's so I have extra heads for customs.
