That is because apparently, MOTU 1987 is coming to 4K! Check out this scoop that was anonymously sent to HE-MANIA.COM:
"I work in the physical media industry and I wanted to alert you that Vinegar Syndrome Ultra is working on a 4K release for the old movie with Dolph. You will fancy it. It has all the bells and whistles."
Vinegar Syndrome Ultra (VSU) is a sub-label of Vinegar Syndrome.
VSU focuses exclusively on extravagant UHD/Blu releases of movies from the 1980s and 1990s.
These VSU releases offer amazing new packaging and superior restorations, with extensive new bonus content and special features. They are jam-packed, labor of love home video releases.
So if this anonymous scooper is correct, He-Man fans are most likely going to be receiving (by far) the best “Masters of the Universe” (1982) Home Video Physical Media release to date… and we can’t wait.

I have this movie on blu-ray, DVD, VHS, and Digital… but I will most assuredly buy it again – especially for all those “bells and whistles!!"

@dgsimo I love Arrow! I hope they make a Blu-ray release and not just 4K, I only have a BD player. I haven’t sene any deleted scenes online, so I can’t wait to see a completely new movie!
