I tried reaching out to various reps including someone high level at Mattel but among the responses I received, they all felt noncommittal (unfortunately). The impression I received is all the power resides at Dreamworks and they are not looking at this brand as granularly (at the moment) like Mattel currently is. It is too bad, especially considering the momentum MOTU has right now. It could have been quite an event! Maybe there is still hope? I don't know. At least the parties that be are aware fans would love it.

@admin Thanks for trying. The good thing is that there is digital access to this movie. Maybe once the new MOTU movie comes it could bring more attention to the various MOTU/POP series.
