Welcome to Mooseport.  If you're a fan or Ray Romano -- and even if you're not -- this is a treat. Perhaps a bit predictable in parts, but watchable and it holds up. Everything an actor would ever need to know about acting they could learn from watching Gene Hackman. "You have The Eagle's word!"  🙂

Nixon.  Still holds up.  What a story, what a cast.

Watched Hoppers on Disney+ a few days. Was pretty good. Just sayin' if Mabel (the protag) wanted to deal with a animated Jon Hamm-voiced antagonist character, she just could've tried contacting Megatron. Problem solved.

And despite it breaking more than even at the box office and Toy Story 5 (loved it) literally just made them a billion, Disney is laying off a few hundred Pixar workers. It's always Pixar and never their main animation studio that have made such "hits" in recent years as Strange World, Wish and soon to be Hexed.

When Disney claims a new original IP from their main animation division will be original, it ain't original. That Hexed trailer looks bad. Another "quirky, adorkable, I've-been-different-all-my-life, I-don't-need-no-man-because-it doesn't-make-me-look-independent" female protagonist they've done like seven times in the past 13 years and people are sick of it.

I love the hell out of Zootopia. Zootopia 2 is the best movie the main animation studio has made in years  and despite the franchise making more money than Moana financially (ESPECIALLY in China), they barely give it any focus promotion or merch wise after the film comes out because Moana is a princess and what's that? Masters of the Universe will NOT be the biggest box office bomb of the year? (stream it now) Thank you career desperate Dwayne Johnson.

Just sayin' Zootopia 2 mastered the art of PG sexual tension. WildeHopps 4 life.

@kinggrayskull09 It has it's real flaws but has some great moments too.

I ultimately put it in my "Very guilty pleasures that I will completely acknowledge verbally are complete terrible messes but very fun messes of movies if that makes any sense that I can't in my heart call them bad." list

Here's a list of other movies I put in my category

The Treasure of Sierra Madre. The film really holds up.  Very watchable. Excellent cast and worth the time just for the Walter Huston dance.  The only thing that's mildly distracting is the fact that The Caine Mutiny later reused music from The Treasure of Sierra Madre.  And for the record, The Caine Mutiny is also well worth anyone's time.

The Egyptian.  Vastly underrated sand and sandals epic. Great if you like that sort of thing.
