This was a great interview! Mackenzi's relationship with He-Man sounds very similar to the one I've undergone recently of finding so much to appreciate within it after initially passing it off as an "old 80s toy brand." Her story about writing in Ireland was fascinating, too!
To be completely honest, I sadly do not read books much anymore, but it's something I always mean to get back into. Guess I got too addicted to the Internet to sit in silence with a book, but I've been trying to get healthier with my relationship with screen recently. Perhaps I should jump back in with this novel; the first chapter preview posted a few months ago got my attention!
@rk-spot Found the book to be very enjoyable, Mackenzi did a great job keeping the feel of the characters in line with the movie.
