That's what I'm thinking as well.... however, Mattel has ways of surprising us. 

I don't want Mattel to flood the shelves with these and have another Buzz-Off, Jitsu, Nekked Stratos situation. Nor do I want a Thunder Punch He-Man situation either... I'm hoping for somewhere in the middle.

The wave 7 debacle was partly the retailers fault. I doubt retailers will keep wave 1 movie stuff stocked for 2 years. If anything the performance of the movie will determine how long we see movie stuff on the shelves.

Haven't been collecting that much Origins as much as usual lately 'cuz idk stuff. Wanted to get Marlena, have the CC Randor, but then looked and saw on BBTS she was sold out and on eBay semi-scalpers are selling her for twice the retail price DAMMIT!

I apologize for my ignorance, but has the Fright Fighter been shown before in other MOTU media/adaptations?

Master of the Universe (1986) #6 from Marvel/Star Comics, Masters of the Universe Magazine (1985) #8, and possibly in the European comics.

Be patient. I don't think these are going to become rare by any means.

k, been a bit slow on Origins news lately, so they're making Movie based Origins figures 'cuz damn they're going all out on Movie figures.

So the ones that are confirmed so far are He-Man, Trap Jaw, Beast Man and Spikor, am I missing anyone?

Also Trap Jaw is in a 3-pack but also being sold separate as a deluxe figure. Any noticeable differences between the two releases?

Okay wait, my misunderstanding, I was just scrolling through the recent news on this site and some how without reading assumed that there would be a 3-pack of Movie He-Man, Spikor and Trap Jaw, but then saw a more recent one saying Jaw was gonna be a deluxe figure for Walmart and that confused me.

Well... that's random. 

If Mattel is gonna slowly start reissuing their previously MC exclusive figures through BBTS, albiet maybe a little overpriced but not as bad as eBay, I would really want Sy-Klone and Grizzlor to be next. 

I thought Whiplash was a MC exclusive but no checked the list, seems he was a rare normal retail release, regardless a reissue of him would be great too.

I literally have the CC and Sketchbook series figures for these guys but not their OG toy based figures.

Grizzlor may never happen, he was a made to order figure. So there's only a little bit more that were pre-ordered.

Of course, reissues would always be nice for newer fans…

Years ago Mattel opened a pre-order window for Grizzlor, whoever ordered during that window got a Grizzlor some time later. Like a mini crowd fund. I don't have exact number but if there were 125,958 orders Mattel probably made 130,000 Grizzlor figures.

Are these the best Origins figures ever? Probably not.... however, I don't think I agree with the comments this guy is getting!

I'm looking forward to getting these. So happy that Mattel didn't abandon the Origins line!!
