Well... next year is the 40th anniversary of the movie...

How cool would it be for Mattel to make the vintage style movie characters we all wanted back in '87?

At the very least, I'd like to see a 40th Anniversary movie 2-pack with He-Man and Skeletor and another with Teela and Evil-Lyn...

(I do really want a Jon Cypher Man-At-Arms as well.)

@smitty-81 Oh, I didn't... If Mattel wants to go that deep with the '87 movie characters, I'd certainly take a Lubic, Kevin, Julie, Pig Boy, God Skeletor, Storm Trooper, Sorceress, Ground Trooper, and Movie Beastman as well!!

Is it worth to stick with Creations to get the Chronicles stuff or just wait for Amazon and co? What's their shipping options and price like? Would be a convenient all in one spot to get the first wave and Battle Cat.

It's a movie toy tie in, it'll be everywhere on the 25 of this month, pick your closest Walmart or Target and get there when they open that day.

After Filmation and Thundercats turned out to be yet another con job I only buy the faction leaders from Origins now.

The product descriptions for Origins Move 26 He-Man and Beastman say they have interchangeable parts.

I'll have to get a couple of He-Man figures for some Origins kit-bashing! 

....however, skin tone might be an issue. The new movie He-Man looks a lot more pale compared to the vintage style figure.

Can’t quite make up my mind about Origins Movie Trap Jaw. His proportions look kinda funny to me, even though they’re perfectly in line with Origins. Something about the movie design translated into those proportions looks a bit funny.

Probably fine once you have him in hand… Kinda annoyed that he’s deluxe, and I’d have to pay shipping… this all adds up.

I won't pre-order from Wally World because I have had too many cancellations... bad luck.

Without a doubt, he looks like one of the most detailed Origins figures in the whole line. I'm sure he will be awesome once he's in-hand!

Anyone know if/when these might show up on BBTS?

@ornclown I hope he won’t be exclusive to Walmart… ofc he’s been out of stock now that I’ve warmed up to him. I’m sure it’s the scalping bots depleting his availability 🤬
