I often wonder if Mattel are basing their production numbers on something like Grizzlor that most people actually wanted, or maybe it's how many makes production viable at all, or that so many people sold up/won't tolerate their crap anymore. Or whatever.
Can those of you who bought Swift Wind take a glance at the paint job on his collar please and report here whether it's good or bad?
I'm referring to the pink paint on the blue collar around his neck.
I'm starting to think there were widespread issues with the paint "stamping" not lining up, and also cracking and "bubbling" happening on the front of his collar. Not sure why. But it would be interesting to see some pictures.
Less than 10 Minutes to go until the Masters of the Universe: Origins (Vintage) STONEDAR action figure Pre-Order goes live on the Mattel Creations website!
We have the Power!
Score x 2. No issues
Ordered my Stonedar yesterday, and got already the shipping notice today.
Have to say, this is pretty fun, when things go this way. Looking forward, I loved him as vintage figure, I’m sure I’ll enjoy this one, too.
@admin It seems those vintage rereleases of the Origins leads have running change differences? Quite a few pieces on them look darker?
And vintage heads after all!
Wow... something about this latest batch seems very catching.
I like the darker tones... I think I might have to get these guys................. again.

Happy to report that I was able to get Stonedar without the CG nerd tax, hooray. Still, 38€ including shipping... I remember the first wave costing 15 bucks a figure -.-

Been a while since I've posted in this forum but I feel like catching up with the MC exclusive figures, but which one is better and what I should probably get first, Blast-Attak or Stonedar?
@slycooperastroboy51 Welcome back!
I am biased, not gonna lie - I like the Rock fellas, so I would get Stonedar. That being said, both figures to me are essential to an Origins Vintage collection, so I'd get both since that would save money on shipping 😉

Blast-Attak.

See, Blast Attak in theory might eventually sell out quicker because he was first, but I don't think Rokkon stuck around too long relatively speaking and Stonedar is the faction head so he's my vote.

Wow. And again Mattel refuses to use the original voice actor in a commercial. Yeesh. Where's the respect?
It’s essential to get… both. They are vintage characters, I wouldn’t even hesitate to save on shipping etcBeen a while since I've posted in this forum but I feel like catching up with the MC exclusive figures, but which one is better and what I should probably get first, Blast-Attak or Stonedar?

Yep just did exactly that
I don't think its a lack of respect but a budget issue.
1) Mattel doesn't necessarily own the audio so they'd have to pay MYP
2) The original voice actors may unavailable or unwilling to do this
3) These videos are likely made on a very small budget.
4) Vintage MOTU commercials never use voice actors from the show.

Looking at that funny Cartoon Collection Samurai He-Man again.., can’t decide what to make of him.
Now, if there was a mini comic with it, it may sway me! See, mini comics do work, to sell the toys 😆 At least with this one customer 👍

Where is the respect for a Filmation cartoon collection Sorceress figure? She is a main character! Mattel knows the words. There are only three others share this secret. Our friends the Sorceress Man-At-Arms and Orko.

I know he has his fans, but I'm sorry... Samurai He-Man just looks goofy AF.
I would have rather just gotten a 200X Sy-Klone if they were going to go the Anwat Gar route...
>>>The Power of the Good and the Way of the Magic!<<<
@ornclown Sy-Klone is definitely a favorite of mine, these days. Would have been interesting to see him in the CC design.
I wonder if there’ll be anything else in the 200X CC, and who else they would feature. Is that it, what we have so far? Would be kind of strange without Teela, Sorceress,…
So there definitely are differences with the new Origins leads rereleases going by He-Man. The most obvious is the axe blades are painted gray. He's got the slightly more modern ratchet joints. The skin tone is changed ever so slightly and he's got more of a straining face than the almost grin we got before. Though frankly that could be an individual paint thing.
