It could be nothing... but I still feel that this line has a lot to offer beyond what's already been given in the mini-comics and figures.
It would be great to see Mattel revisit the MOTU x TC line after the initial MOTU movie buzz dies down.

I agree and the time line, I think matches up. Something he's doing now could be a year off.

Before any of those characters, I'd like to see Jackalman, Ssslithe, Monkian, and Vultureman... then, Ratar-O, the Thunder Kittens, and Snow Meow-Man!

Since we already have Super7 making regular ThunderCats figures, I actually wouldn't mind some unique takes on the Mutants and heroes of Third-Earth... kind of like what MOTU x TMNT did.
