The good old days are back!

Most of us remember being inundated with “Masters of the Universe” toy commercials when we were a child.

Well now the good old days are back thanks to Mattel’s newly released toy commercial advertising their new “Masters of the Universe” Movie Kids “First Ones” Core Action Figure line. Per Mattel:

Relive the most iconic cinematic moments with this Masters of the Universe action figure showcase. We’re bringing the legendary dialogue of Eternia to life through detailed figure displays and classic movie lines.”

Featuring the movie He-Man, Skeletor, Teela, Beast Man, Skel-Knight, Battle Cat, Mekaneck and Roton (plus the Kids “First Ones” Power Sword), let’s hope this new toy line is a rousing success!

  1. Mattel is literally going all out with this one! So much merchandise and so much useless crap! Even food tie-ins! I usually hate consumerism, but we needed this! This will be the biggest He-Man has been since the ’80s! We just need more tv spots and posters on buses and billboards. We are eating good. I have hope. I hope this movie does not flop, I’ve already seen people of all ages talk about how good this looks. I hope this brings back the brand.

I don’t mind it when it comes to He-Man because it’s always been about commercialism and consumerism.
