OUR REVIEW:
Yet another moral driven episode that falls short of its main purpose (to entertain), this story's evil villain Melbrag is more suited for Earth than for Eternia. The script's often repetitive nature like capturing He-Man and capturing He-Man again feels uninspired, much like Spikor's brief first appearance. (3/10)

Tomorrow’s Episode is: “Teela’s Triumph”

I’ve always found this episode to be entertaining, but it’s far from perfect. I feel like it would have worked better if they used Squinch instead of creating Smudge for this one. Melbrag makes for a charming new villain but he definitely doesn’t fit in the Eternia vibe, frankly it’s even a little dated caricature for an 80’s cartoon, feels like more of something from the 50’s.
It’s also both exciting and sad that we’re far enough long now that we’re getting into the US Season 3/1985 wave with Spikor and the Land Shark, at least they both get more memorable appearances before we’re done.
