Back in 2018, we almost got a “Monster High x Masters of Universe” crossover doll of Evil-Lyn.
Shown as a prototype at San Diego Comic-Con that year, it reportedly was part of a test campaign to gauge interest. (It lived and died as a prototype and never came to be.)

Well now it seems the promise of a crossover of “Masters of Universe” and “Monster High” (both Mattel owned) lives again.
Apparently in the “Monster High” collectible fandom, future official outfits are reproduced and sold overseas prior to the actual figure coming out (likely a product of Mattel sending manufacturing overseas to maximize products.)
And according to the “Monster High” community, the following Skeletor themed outfit is coming. Check it out:
What is really creative is the thigh high boots have the iconic face of the Snake Mountain playset. Take a look:

So when will this “Monster High” doll be released? Could this possibly be showcased at the “Mattel Creations Revealed” event this Thursday? We will have to wait and see.

Thanks to fez @doll_pants for the awesome scoop!
We’ll see you next time!

A lot of men are going to buy this for their imaginary daughters.
Hahaha, I bought one for myself and my daughter but I swear she exists!
Hmmm… Judging by how Mattel worded the news about the fate of the current Masters of the Universe (MOTU) crossovers (supposedly suspended), I wouldn’t be surprised if this attempt was nothing more than an isolated one.
BIG NO!
I hope they do She-Ra characters too!
What an awesome design! I’d love to see more MOTU/POP Monster High!
