I’m still not a fan of the art style, but as long as the gameplay holds up and doesn’t become monotonous, I will enjoy it!
@ornclown When you say art style do you mean Filmation or the way it’s full of pixels?
I am a huge pixel-art fan and an even bigger Filmation fan, so that’s not the issue… for me, it appears the developers wanted to emulate Capcom’s unique Versus Series style of character graphics.
That’s a big turn-off in my book. The characters in Dragon Pearl of Destruction look like Filmation cels turned into Anime.
@ornclown that’s understandable. However, as both a MoTU fan and an anime fan, I’m actually okay with this look.
