The Toy Fair, held at the Jacob K. Javis Center in New York City, is a major North American toy industry event that showcases new toys and creates business opportunities for toy retailers, manufacturers, and media.
Occurring on February 14th through February 17th, the Mattel Corporation will have a large presence at this year’s Toy Fair, taking over the usual River Pavilion:

And excitingly, Mattel is expected to have a large section of this pavilion dedicated to the “Masters of the Universe” Movie, with only 3 months and 3 weeks between Toy Fair and the new film’s release.

And what we are hearing is new “Masters of the Universe” Movie toy lines will be showcased at this event.

Collectors have eagerly been waiting on what to expect in regards to movie tie-ins, and the word is finally it will be revealed.
So buckle-up He-Man fans, because the excitement is just around the corner!
We’ll see you next time!

It’s about time.
There better be more than movie figures.
@kraken yeah, Masterverse is all I care about
@yen1893 I was an origins only guy but then masterverse got good.
I’m sure there will be. I don’t believe those rumors that Origins and Masterverse are ending. Whatever movie figures Mattel makes will exist along side of them.
What about the trailer?
@bonezone That is what I’m waiting for.
The timing of this definitely makes it feel like we’re getting a Super Bowl trailer before this.
Do you mean a short trailer where they show us 30 seconds during the Super Bowl and then tell us to go online to watch the full trailer? I would love that. My family loves the commercials as much as the game. Waiting for a Masters of the Universe commercial to air would make Super Bowl Sunday even more exciting than it already is!
February… this will feel like a long month till then!
I really am hungry for info how MOTU will continue, especially Masterverse and Origins Vintage.
Cartoon Collection too. We need a Filmation Sorceress badly.
I’m excited! Eager to see the movie stuff and Toy Fair is earlier this year. Mattel doesn’t seem to be participating at the UK or Nuremberg Toy Fairs either later this month so hopefully that means they’ll have a lot to show in New York.
They had the same space last year that kicked off their 80th anniversary and they showcased the ThunderCats crossover with some other stuff but obviously had other big lines like Barbie, Monsters High, Hot Wheels and Jurassic Park given the Rebirth movie.
This year though should be a bigger MOTU focus fingers crossed. They showcased the movie stuff with clips at the LA Toy Previews back last fall so they’re definitely ready to be unveiled.
GIVE US THE TRAILER ALREADY!! I’M TIRED OF WAITING!! THEY GAVE US A TON OF COOL TEASER STUFF BEFORE, THAT EVEN WENT A LITTLE VIRAL! THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY PEOPLE CARD ABOUT THIS MOVIE! SO WHY AREN’T THEY GIVING US THE TRAILER?!
For several weeks I was like: " Wake me up before you go go" 😂 So thanks for doing so, AJ. 😎
That’s right. Why kill your best toy lines ? Doesn’t make sense…
Looks like I was wrong and Mattel is participating at the Nuremberg Toy Fair next week to showcase their 2026 collections and will even have a live panel for updates on the movie and presumably the toys.
I’m hoping for less crossovers and more cartoon collection (especially PoP) and motorised vehicles. Basically to show intent for each.
Though obviously a big push for the movie is likely.
