Well this is exciting!
We have a new trailer description to share for the upcoming “Masters of the Universe” Movie starring Nicholas Galitzine that is coming out next summer!
According to a six year veteran on Reddit with a good karma reputation, he and his spouse were on their way to watch the new movie “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle” at Regal Cinemas when they were approached by a person with a tablet asking them to provide feedback on a rough edit of a trailer. That trailer was for Masters of the Universe!

Here is the lucky moviegoer in his own words providing descriptions and feedback:
On Being Approached to Watch the Trailer:
“We were heading into see Demon Slayer.” “Came to the movies today and as we were walking in. My wife and I got stopped and asked if we wanted free movie tickets to give feedback on unreleased movie trailer. Turns out it was for Masters of the Universe.” “They showed us the trailer on small tablets so we could answer questions as well.”
On the Quality of the Trailer:
"It was an early cut of the trailer, with serval shots showing green screen still and a bit difficult to see due to the security watermarks, but it was overall good.” "It was about 75% WIP. The cut was quite rough, so it was by no means polished. But the characters I saw all looked good."
Describing the Trailer:
"It opens with Prince Adam talking to a friend on Earth and they are confused because Cringer is there and they discuss the green tiger. From there it goes to Prince Adam going to his home world and learning about his lineage from who I think is the sorceress, but it was kind of hard to see because of the watermarks.
After that it bounces around a bit and you see Prince Adam talking to a few of people from Eternia. There was a brief glimpse of Skeletor and who I think was Evil-Lyn. The trailer does show Prince Adam raising the sword and yelling “I HAVE THE POWER” and you see the transformation. A few quick scenes of him fighting as He-Man then it ends."
Biggest Nitpick:
"My biggest nitpick is that I wish He-Man was built more, he looked just in shape to me, not ripped. But it appears like it’s going to be a solid origin story for the character.”
More Thoughts:
"It was a gamble that could’ve gone either way. The character appearances were brief, but from what I could see they looked solid." "Skeletor looked solid, I couldn’t hear any many lines from here. We were in the open part of the theater near the concession stand" "It’s an origin story of Prince Adam learning who he is and his lineage on Eternia" "It does have a He-Man feel, and the guy playing Prince Adam has that part nailed down" "There’s a lot of Eternia in the trailer. Skeletor looked really good he actually looks close to the cartoon. The others were hard to tell due to the watermarks and it being unfinished. My wife liked how Man At Arms looked"
Wow!
While we cannot verify that this experience and trailer description is 100% accurate, it certainly feels like it is based on the surrounding factors and if so, is very exciting.
We shall see!
The “Masters of the Universe” Movie is currently in Post-Production with the film scheduled to be released in cinemas worldwide on June 5th, 2026.
We’ll see you next time!

Cool! Based on this I think the trailer will be out by Thanksgiving!
OMIGOD CRINGER CONFIRMED!!!!!! !!!!
Jared Leto will shock everyone as Skeletor. Nick will shock everyone as He-Man. Travis Knight will deliver. Idris Elba will shock everyone as Man-at-Arms.
THIS MOVIE IS GOING TO BE AMAZING!
I am still a little nervous about the size of Nicholas Galitzine too. He is a perfect Prince Adam but is he a perfect He-Man? The rest sounds great.
🥲
@kinggrayskull09 Why the tears?
@mighty-thanos because it’s magnificent! I have waited for this for near a decade, and it’s finally coming
Oh I feel you man! Word!
It’s good to know they are going the Cringer route and it’s not just Battle Cat like the early days.
Nothing against Cringer but I would be quite satisfied with a film or television series based on those early days.
I wonder how that would be perceived. Would the public revolt and say that’s not He-Man? Would they complain he was turned into a blonde Conan?
I probably should stop posting about this kind of news, but it has been postponed and canceled so many times over the years. I surmise that even when I view it in a theater, it may be perceived in a similar manner: surreal.
This never happens in the movie theaters I go to.
Awesome stuff! We’re definitely getting a teaser this year, just a case of when!
Could be with Tron Ares since it’ll be a few days after BLE and their big keynote, or maybe CCXP and Avatar in December.
Exciting times ahead though!
Not even reading the description to spoil myself just quickly sliding into this forum to ask when do y’all think the first finished official trailer will be dropped? Also yes or no question don’t describe anything, but does the description of the movie sound good?
It sounds good but nothing in the description is earth shattering. Are you really going to avoid watching the trailer?
@asterstar no I am gonna watch the trailer when it comes out all I am doing is avoiding reading the trailer description this forum is based around and wanted to know what people thought of it without saying anything.
I do know Cringer is confirmed but sadly no sign of Orko………yet
I disagree with people saying Nick isn’t going to be big enough. I don’t think a lot of people in general realize how long and how much effort it takes to build muscle. I swear people think you can just curl dumbbells for a couple weeks and suddenly you have 20 inch arms (I wish, oh how I wish). This is also on top of the fact that he was likely on PED’s (steroids, gear, etc.) to be able to undergo such a dramatic transformation.
Pretty much every Hollywood action star is using steroids. It is a massive detriment to their health, just look at recent photos of The Rock now that he’s finally come down from serious steroid use. Zac Effron is another good example.
The average person going from zero to hero would need to dedicate probably 3-5 years of locked in training and nutrition to be able to achieve their dream physique naturally (assuming you’re fairly skinny to start with). Wanting to become an elite level lifter and achieve your full genetic potential? We’re talking 9+ years to get there naturally. Actors don’t have that kind of time and personally it will be better for the male body image and for Nic’s health if he doesn’t need to become a roided out freak.
