guys, can somebody explain to me what is the deal with the Vintage Collection ? why can only Walmart sell VC figures ? BBTS got everything but not VC,...

when I placed the order at BBTS for Mantenna and Mosquitor few days ago, the price per figure was 23.99 $...now I see the price is 26.49$ per figure.....
