I’ve been a huge He-Man and barbarian fan in general since my childhood. He-Man’s and Conan’s powerful physiques still motivate me to pay attention to my body and health when I train. Due to many setbacks in the first half of my life, I’ve learned how important fitness and health are for feeling good and having strength and stamina in critical situations is always very helpful.
