He looks great. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that actor has Trap Jaw's nose - nice and sharp. But, for some reason, the prosthetics team gave him a bubbly nose.
Trap Jaw looks like a cosplayer in a good way. They were unafraid to go for it.
I can sense a devoted guy throughout those lines, which is very encouraging.
