We have the Power!
I had the same question AJ. Princess Janice tells Adam she loved the way he boxed up the monster in the tunnels but he was He-Man when he did that. I do like this episode. Princess Janice isn't annoying at all and very helpful. Skeletor was funny and I liked the playfulness of King Randor in the beginning. 7/10
Definitely a middle of the pack episode, although I do always find it fun when the use the trio of Adam/He-Man, Cringer/Battlecat, and Orko, their personalities make it much more entertaining.
Also kind of like "Origin of the Sorceress" this seems to be one that took a little longer to finish - it was part of the "Season 3" US episodes and uses a fair amount of background music that mostly doesn't show up until the end of He-Man and more commonly used in She-Ra.
Average episode.
I gotta wonder how Skel chooses his crony group posse for the week? Wheel spin? Pulling 2-3 names out of a hat?
The kids weren't as annoying as the kids in the earlier episodes. That's the only compliment I have.
