Haven't rewatched this one today, but I remember liking it because it seems completely off its head. There's a slightly odd obsession with dental health throughout (He-Man starts muttering about turning Skeletor's castle into toothpaste and using a club as a toothpick, with no evident provocation) and I love Skeletor's dementedly misplaced confidence at the end that he's finally won. Then of course, there's He-Man's very strange sign-off in the moral segment: "This is He-Man, wishing you good health and good luck." I might add that to my email sig. All in all, it's a fun one from my point of view.

I always liked this episode but I have to admit if you pay attention as an adult it is wacky. Like the dialogue. It is a confusing mess. Skeletor says the wheel is the key to destroying Castle Grayskull. Fang Man responds yes but can it destroy Castle Grayskull? There is weird dialogue like that all through it. The monsters are cool but why does the one plant explode like a hand grenade? I still don't get how the wheel works. You put it in Castle Grayskull's spot before its built and it spins and grows destroying Castle Grayskull? Wouldn't they just put the Castle somewhere else? Or does it have to be on that exact spot? And why did Man-At-Arms lasers didn't work before but worked later. Haha I better stop while I'm ahead or my score will drop. It's a 6.

This episode is quirky but I like the quirky ones. I liked seeing Fang Man. I wish he was in more episodes. I like the Ape Clan and the Snake Clan. The monster battles are fun. Did anyone notice Man-At-Arms with a sword? I liked the look of it. Overall this episode is still a good time. 7/10

Does anybody know who sent the wheel of infinity through the portal to Skeletor in the first place? They never showed who it was and I didn't recognize the voice.

@northerner You forgot to mention another unexplained phenomena. Why is Orko's power stronger in the past?

Out of all the episodes in this watch-a-thon so far, this is the first one I've watched and can say that I think it's mediocre.

This has to be the most stock standard bland formulaic episode of the show that I know of. Even with the time travel aspect involving Castle Grayskull's building, they do literally nothing interesting with it.

Skeletor comes up with a plan, Adam & Co. are chilling, Orko does something, they find out about said plan, Skeletor thinks he's accomplishing his plan, He-Man stops him the end.

This is not to criticize the show at all, I'm really liking everything else about it.

A formulaic cartoon like this show can work if there's interesting enough characters you get invested in, stories that stand out just enough to be memorable, and cool locations. I mean I grew up with Phineas and Ferb for God's sake.

This episode literally has none of that. If this episode didn't have a title and you had to watch it then guess it without knowing the show by heart, you would just give up and call it "The time travel episode".

Orko needs to come to Earth because he can literally solve world hunger more than any government can.

Do y'all think the writers themselves came up with random characters like Strongarm and Fang Man in hopes Mattel would make figures of them? Because Fang Man is such a nothing character, out of all one-off episode characters, why was HE chosen to recently get a Cartoon Collection figure when there were way better options?

@slycooperastroboy51 Mediocre best describes this ep. I sat through it because of this marathon but it was hard to watch.

Strongarm, fangman and lizard man were mattel concept characters which later evolved to a different design. Strongarm obviously became fisto, lizardman i think became kobra khan, cant recall who fabg man became. May have just been dropped before it was developed into a toy.

3 stars. Stock standard forgettable episode. Entertaining enough.
