I just got back from the doctor/podiatrist and I thought I would let my friends know as of this present time, my feet look on the way to healing. I know I've heard all this/said all this before, but I want to try and look on the positive side. No current infections are present, which is a blessing considering I have lost enough of my feet to my illnesses and don't wish to lose more. I already feel like less of a human being because of all this.
Soon I probably won't post as often as I am now. I plan to get back into my CD's, DVD's and books (finally and with less lingering depression) as well as embarking on my writing and editing.
If I seem happier, it's largely due to my friends, and some new friends on Instagram, a music DJ named Chad, and a doctor named Dr Michael (or Dr Mike as I call him). I'm sure I've mentioned them already. They are helping me manage my physical and emotional issues.
In the past, I know people accused me of being needy and narcissistic (neither of which is true if you really know me) and of posting "woe is me threads" which is true as I was going through so much emotionally and physically, and of hijacking threads (sorry I do get passionate about things). I am trying to be better.
On Wednesday I am getting that Belinda Carlisle & Susanna Hoffs Live CD I mentioned in another thread.
I'm also getting the new Superman movie, the new Smurfs movie and Aztec Batman: Clash Of Empires all on DVD soon.
In books, Keala Kendall is releasing a new Disney Twisted Tales novel - How Far I'll Go based on Moana.
I'm hoping Dessert Masters Season 3 will air soon as well.

Self care is always important, and especially so in times like the ones you're fighting through. I hope you find sanctuary in your music, movies, and books, and I'm happy you have people you can lean on. You shouldn't have to fight this alone, and even though you say you may not post as much, know there are those here who care about you and want you to thrive and be happy. I have a wonderful new friend, a Scottish-Australian doctor named Dr Michael Mrozinski (Dr Mike). He is an amazing and inspirational person who does so much good in the world and he has helped me so much personally. He is starting a YouTube channel, so I thought I would help him out by spreading the word. See his page for his mission statement. Also, he is a staunch advocate for human rights and fights racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia and antisemitism. He actively fights against Trump and the MAGA cult with their lies and misinformation, especially dangerous medical misinformation.
