The Toy Fair, held at the Jacob K. Javis Center in New York City, was a big deal for "Masters of the Universe" fans this year. Besides all the exciting action figures on display and life-size He-Man and Skeletor mannequins... ..."Masters of the Universe" Movie director Travis Knight recorded a video for fans that was shown there and talked about the toys (among other things) with First Ones / Kids / Core products behind him. @durendal You don't know anything. Travis grew up a fan. He loved the toys as a child. It's a dream come true for Travis to have toys based on his movie. You are clueless.
@bonezone I'm clueless? You're the one constantly glazing this guy on here, because why exactly? He says he was a fan of MOTU growing up and had the toys, but...he was already 10 years old when the vintage line dropped, so I'd say that claim is dubious at best - that's not really an age when you first get into a little kid's line, so I'll remain very skeptical of that claim until he shows pictures of himself from 1983 playing with MOTU toys. I mean c'mon man...he's under a lot of pressure to market and deliver a hit movie with a 200 million dollar budget, so of course it's savvy to claim that he's been "one of us" this whole time...

I'm not saying Nick dude. I'm saying Knight. I got no interest in defending BZ but it ain't far fetched that Knight born in 73 was playin with the toys at age 9 in 82. This came up before and some here said they were playing at age 14.
@kraken to each their own, but anyone who was actually playing with toys at age 14 instead of chasing girls had bigger problems to deal with...
@dgsimo There's no irony. When one is in their 40's or 50's, decades of life and experiences have occurred since puberty and the whole girl chasing phase is long behind them...and they can finally resume indulging in their original obsession of MOTU
