I had Terroar and Lord Gr'Asp in my cart and they sold out before I could checkout. They didn't even last thirty seconds. Walmart more than sucks. Now I feel like I'm chained to their website refreshing the page to see if they put these two back in stock at some random point today. They notoriously did that with the Masters of the WWE stuff.
I got one set and they were sold out by the time I doubled back. I had the pages loaded and was refreshing right when the time started but it seems really inconsistent. I pre-ordered a WWE Superstars Vader last year and they cancelled it about a month ago. So I'm developing a backup route that will hit a few different Walmart just in case.
I have the free time to do this shit as a hobby, but it really is awful for people who don't have the time or lack access to that many different Walmarts.
@depp76 this may sound like a dick move on my part but I refuse to show my receipt to the door greeter. I hate Walmart with a passion. I had one guy get annoyed and said “ can I see your receipt “ I’m like nah I’m good and kept going. The hell with all of them lol

@brasco that is a dick move. But typically my Walmarts don't ask if you have a bag.

@durendal a bit of both maybe. I think it depends on location. I'm sure Walmarts with higher theft rates do more checking. But if they're going to make me ring up my own stuff they should trust me enough not to steal from them.

They must be buying them all off eBay as well, because I can't even find any listings for either one.
Edit: Nope...I now believe there aren't any eBay listings because literally nobody got these figures. The posts that I have read on Facebook from people who actually were able to get them say that it literally said on the website when they checked out that there were only ten of each figure available. Complete BS.
Well with all the bad vibes with these Walmart figures, here's a little bit of good news. Looks like Sy-Klone will be dropping during the Creations Revealed event.

According to a member over on the Mattel Creations forums who actually chatted with a Walmart rep this morning, Walmart+ members actually get early access to these sales and cons. This would certainly somewhat explain why there was literally no stock left for the general public and why it says 1000+ sold since yesterday for each figure.
@banthafett That's encouraging. Really don't want to believe I managed to snag them only to have my order cancelled for stupid reasons. I'll keep checking the aisles when I'm in store just to be safe.
What I did was before the sale put all three on my want list. Then once they went available I was able to just rapidly click add to cart on all of them on the same page and then click checkout instead of having to go to each individual item page.
Hopefully Target comes through on these down the line!

im a + member, had to wait until 10 like everyone else. As usual reps have no idea of anything. Black Friday sales yes, but not the con stuff
