Never owned BA before so I'll be seeing if it's possible to fashion a blast effect somehow.
Yeah I never had him, I preferred the figures that had the standard body / limbs back then. Even in the last wave(s), I preferred to get Scare Glow and King Randor, (and the Sorceress).
But now I’m excited for him. Rarely happens anymore that I don’t have a character in any form yet. Looking forward. I like that he is chunky and powerful looking.
He looks like a proto NA character.

Mine just shipped, I do like getting vintage figures I never had as a kid. Multi-Bot just arrived today though and he feels very cheaply made.

Of the two I only had Modulok as a kid and he's definitely way bigger in Origins. With Origins Multi-Bot the legs have more range at the knee and so you can make him even taller is my experience.
After much messing about and sore hands I made Megabeast. Only took 2 of each character and is wonky as shit because Mattel.
I mean, maybe they *wanted* to make Multi-Bot more impressive and big 🤷
They give us more figure and we also complain lol
I’m curious to get mine (Feb from Amazon”. Curious how he’ll look next to the rest of the Horde.
I only had Hurricane Hordak and Multi-Bot as a kid. Focused on Evil Warriors and Heroes, since we couldn’t afford getting all figs, obvy (they were pricey in Europe!).
I preferred the standard bucks anyway, compared to the more crazy Horde looks. Now, I’m happy to get all of them, and enjoying the weirdness of the Horde!

Multi-Bot is really a QC flub. Honestly. So much as swap the heads around and one will start free-spinning. The connector sections for legs need oiled unless you wanna snap the pegs and the torsos keep popping off. Mr Home Arcade had a very similar experience if you wanna check out his video.
@sketchyskeletor No offense to anyone who loves him... but, even as a kid I always thought Multi-Bot was the most uninspired MOTU figure in the original line.
The idea was a cool one... however, the execution fell short.

@cosmic Scale matters. MB was never, ever depicted as being larger in scale than any of the other vintage characters, and since Origins is basically recreating the vintage line with modern articulation, his oddly large size makes no sense. It's just annoying.
@Ornclown I was one of the younger MOTU fans being born in 82, so I loved every mad thing they dreamed up! My imagination was doing some heavy lifting lol.
@Durendal Agreed, stick him in a diorama and you have to adjust the whole thing, plus I built Megabeast last night. It's wonky as fuck it's so big.

Welp, stupid Walmart just canceled my CC Samurai He-Man. I freaking knew this would happen. I absolutely loathe Walmart with every fiber of my being.
