I can’t wait to get my hands on Queen Marlena, she looks badass. I’m glad we are getting a few more Filmation figures even with 200X coming.

I really hope we get more POP characters there are some very notable absences. 

@smitty-81 I 1000% argree with this as well. Maybe we will get rotating waves. Flimation/POP next wave 200X. This would give some peoples wallet a break, not mine as I’m going for as much of a complete collection as I can.

As much as I'd love that it looks like Mattel is going to shift CC: Filmation to "fan channels"

200X will be retail until it becomes unfashionable.

And the VC will continue mostly on MC.

@smitty-81 the US exclusives kill me on eBay. I did finally ask a friend in the States that is now willing to help me get them. If it switches to Mattel Creations for the rest of Filmation I can live with that. Eternia will is the biggest problem for me to get now, may be the one that gets away again.

I would think fan channel exclusives would be easier to get. BBTS and EE have international shipping and Amazon operates in many countries. 

Would you guys say the CC Collector vehicle is worth it?

Because it’s on sale on BBTS. I know it must’ve been a big deal when first released. A prominent vehicle in Filmation that was never made into a toy until now.

but really is it a good toy to have in an Origins collection?

It's more of a showpiece I'd say, the truth is you need a spare Wind Raider stand to 'make it fly' and you really can't see who's piloting it no matter what angle it's at. So little point in putting anybody inside as it'll spin on the Raider stand even more!

It's one of those things where it's not construction-impressive and takes up a lot of space, and yet looks good posed.

They way it’s executed as a shell design, it reminds me more of the castles, than of the regular vehicles.

But, as a Filmation design, it was always going to be challenging. You wouldn’t want it to be even bigger. Or a hell lot more expensive. What bugs me the most is that the window is not really see through. But even if it was, the window is kinda small… but couldn’t really be bigger with this “face” design. So it’s tricky.

It’s a lot of compromises and lacks a stand, but it wouldn’t have been possible much better I think, unless it would cost much more. Some of us don’t have budget constraints, but it’s very important to me.

It looks great next to the figures, and with the hood open. I think it’s kinda fun having this Filmation item. Seeing them seated inside.

I might pull the trigger as a Xmas item… If I wasn’t struggling with space so much… might flip a coin lol.

Honestly, the large majority of PoP characters haven't been made yet.

And, on the topic of CC, I still want to see cartoon-only characters like Negator, Marzo, Enchantress, Dragoon, Ileena, etc. as well.

The Collector is one of those weird toys that is out of scale with the rest of the line, similar to NA's Nordor playset...

Considering it would be much larger than it is now, I'm glad we got it... but I wish Mattel gave it a bit more love so that it would have been more well-received. I think its poor reception has hindered us from finally getting a cartoon accurate Attak-Track... 🙁

Like Sketchy says, it's really just a showpiece (especially if you get creative and repaint / detail it more like the show.)

As a kids toy, my son likes it. Its perfect size for a kid to fly it around. Ever see a kid try to fly around the big Millennium Falcon? Its not fun for them.

The collector should have been a crowd fund for those who want big, instead of that stupid snake lair( had to get that in there)

I love that Origins is, despite mostly adults collecting, it’s a toy line.

And it warms my heart when I hear kids play with it.

MOTU vintage castles and vehicles were all “out of scale”, it’s normal for a toy line so things don’t get HUGE and unwieldy. Plus there is a charm to it.

The Collector in the show is as big as a building, in some shots. Who has the room and the money for that huge Thundertank? I guess, a crowdfund is fine but, I love when they make it work so most of us can have it.

Stranger Things Hordak is not just glow in the dark but also translucent. 

Toy Habits have up close, in box pictures of the latest 200x wave (Duncan etc).

There's also a Cretins MOTU member only drop on December 9th apparently 

@smitty-81 It is not those two that I have issues with getting. It is ones off of Target.com and Walmart.com. But I will get them one way or another.

@thedoctor yeah, that's another reason I dislike store exclusives. 

Every MOTU fan all over the world should be able to get every figure.

OK it took 9 days since I got the first notification (8 days since UPS had gotten the package), and it says now that Starscream Scare Glow is finally “Out for delivery.”

Might still take a day till I have it, UPS always has more stuff on their truck than they can deliver in one day, apparently 🙄 Or they will still give it to the local post office lol. I mean, it does come from the opposite coast, but, c’mon…

Seriously, in this time it could have been delivered to an outpost in Siberia or Madagascar. (No offense to Siberian or Madagascan MOTU fans). Infrastructure is soo weak in the US… but don’t worry, other countries have been cutting costs, too.

Well, I forgot to check the address when I ordered Marlena and sent her to my dad's. So now I have to wait for him to forward it to me.

@smitty-81 I don't 100% hate store exclusives. But the offer should be if those are not carried in those stores world wide put them up on Mattel Creations, and a site for those that Mattel doesn't ship to. But they can be a full right pain to find for a good shipping price when buying them on say eBay. I do fully agree any fan should get full access to any figure released at some point. Even a second run much later down the road of say a con exclusive. I know for me certain Origins objects may be out of reach forever again. Eternia, cough cough. The Snake Lair for us Canadians to fund was $500 which I could not justify on a play set I had no attachment too. Snake Mountain is getting there too. Even some of the early Creations figs I didn't know about before I fell down the rabbit hole, are high on eBay. I am ok with not getting these items, if I do I will die fully happy lol not then of course I do want to play with them.

@thedoctor my problem with store exclusives is distribution. I'm in Texas and my three local Walmarts don't carry any MOTU products and my local Target, right now only have the Transformers crossovers and SB Spikor. They've never had the Stranger Things sets, but if I go an hour north into Oklahoma they'll have stacks of them.
