@firmpulse I have been hearing (unfortunately) that some have had their figures stuck in customs for a few weeks and at the rarest occasions, require their involvement to push it through. I hope this direct shipment from China isn't a beginning of a new trend from Mondo...

Has anyone received updates on the shipping for their Mondo Deluxe Skeletor? Mine still has no update on DHL tracking since the 11th. Still looks to be in China. Weird they went with the option. I'm still out of town so it doesn't really bother me at the moment.
@emeraldknightphotos Nnnnnope...Talking about just that in the Mondo Scare Glow thread. I emailed Mondo and they wrote me back with a "There are a couple of thousand units shipping so it may take a yada yada BS"

yada yada It's probably really gonna ship in 2023 but our accountant said we need to print out all the shipping labels and pretend it shipped in 2022 yada yada bs 🤣

yeah it stinks. I specifically asked them about adam being shipped from china was a new thing orca on a one off. They said he would be the only one. Weeks later, we deal with it again. This one is even worse than adam. Been 10 days, since dhl recieved info, and nothing. Adam, recieved info and item quick, sat there fir some time, then all of a sudden he was in Michigan. Dont think any of us will see skeletor until mid/jan because of the awful timing to ship around holidays.

It is interesting that they told you Prince Adam shipping direct from China was a one off while repeating it again with Skeletor so soon. Something like this at least appears like it requires some extensive pre-planning to some degree. Switching from palletizing the product and putting it on a freight ship to the U.S..... to receiving all the customers' shipping information and packing & shipping them individually... feels like too much of a complex transition to be completed on a whim (at least to me). 🤔

Looks like progress is being made on shipping for deluxe Skeletor.
Still hoping it doesn’t come earlier than Wednesday since I’m still out of town and the email from DHL says it requires a signature release
You don’t know my luck lol 😂 he would miraculously show up Sunday Xmas Eve while I’m here in Austin which is where they usually ship from
regardless I was able to authorize a signature release so no need for me to be home to accept delivery 😀

So there we have it...
Damn I haven't even had the shipping update yet on Skeletor. From my perspective he hasn't moved at all. Last email I got about it was Nov 30 saying that he was finished QCing and will ship mid December.

He got here a day early. These are not the best pictures since I’m severely under the weather but plan on taking more pictures soon. He comes with so many accessories. A little stiff from the cold probably. So will need to take time to loosen joints.

Well, as of the 28th my package that had allegedly shipped on the 13th hadn't moved. It was "on hold" according to the Cinci OH DHL Hub. So I gave them a call. They were super nice. They informed me that the package had JUST BEEN PICKED UP in China on the 28th. Freaking. Mondo.
Mondo is now added to my nomenclature to be used when referring to instances of incompetence and/or idiocy.
@emeraldknightphotos I'm glad you got yours man! So what's the verdict? (Hope you feel better soon)
