Ssssurprise! Mattel has just announced that they are extending their crowdfunding campaign for the Masters of the Universe: Origins Snake Lair Playset to September 2nd. Already successfully funded and slated to end August 28th, this extension of the Origins Snake Lair crowdfunding campaign appears to be an effort to attract additional backers in the hopes of unlocking the Priest Pythonus Origins Figure (at 8,000). With 1,860 more backers needed at press time, will that secondary tier be reached? Time will tell. The crowdfunding campaign can be supported here.
