I don't even know what that means. It looks like she's wearing a really short V-shape skirt to me. Swap the brown legs out with flesh colored & it will look better. I didn't see anything wrong or bad about the figure except I wish it looked closer to the Classic/Origins versions.
The Valkyrie/armored version reminds me of the female Thor from Marvel Legends.

Out of the last 2 waves, the best one, Mantenna, is the only one that didn't sell out. WEIRD!
Now as of 1pm only Despara is on the front page of BBTS. This drives me nuts, I really wish I knew what was going on. I'm guessing some pre-orders got canceled but there is no way to know for sure.

It's been mentioned before. POP characters are always a harder sell except for She-Ra and Hordak.
Well then, s**t! Why don't we just erase all the other characters & make MOTU only about He-Man, Skeletor, Man-At-Arms, Teela, Orko, Hordak & She-Ra. F**k all the other characters. That's pretty much where we're at if we're being honest.
Just like for Transformers, Optimus, Megatron, Bumblebee & Starscream, f**k all the other characters.

I think the production numbers went down right when the interest for New Eternia went up. Nobody cared about Revelation or Revolution so it flooded the stores.
I wish there was some way to know for sure.
The production numbers are probably the same it's just the stock is now sent to Europe (more of a recent thing in historical terms). We have no problems getting the recent waves between small etailers and Amazon and they're continually restocked at Amazon.
This has been happening with Mattel product since Origins wave 2 (Trap Jaw and the like), pretty much. We only struggle with the Walmart Masterverse Vintage stuff if you wait too long.
Said it before, Mattel doesn't give one fuck so long as it leaves the warehouse. When the UK is swimming in product via Amazon you know something dumb happened!
@Sketchy Skeletor I keep forgetting about that overseas thing. What about BBTS ordering less? They got stuck with so much MOTU crap maybe they stopped ordering as much also.
The 1 thing that's really annoying me is, Man Of War will not go down in price anywhere. I really wish he would be marked down to $9 like Flying Fists He-Man. I really need those silver bodies for a few customs. But the price just won't go down on certain figures.

That could definitely be a thing, they can't even shift the CGI Masterverse figures at like 7 bucks! And I do believe that's what happened at retail with so many stores not carrying them in America even when the company officially does.
The end of 2025 is near, we got some really good figures this year...
Fisto and Evil Lyn came out at the very end of 2024, I bought them early January 2025, but I am not going to include them as 2025 figures

2026 will be a failure IMO if we don't at least get King Hiss, Rattlor & Tung Lashor. I got Skeletor's crew, the Horde is growing, now I only care about the Snakemen (and Rio-Blast).
Right now I'm really worried about the movie crap taking over because I personally have 0 interest in the movie. And if the movie flops there will be tons of that crap all over which will piss off the stores again. We really don't need another Flying Fists fiasco.
I agree 100%...it is Snakemen or bust...few of them have been hinted already, with good reason I hope... even if Mattel push the movie, I don't see why they cannot do Masterverse at the same time...there is no reason to cut Masterverse off...both Chronicles and First Ones stated they fill follow the movie, Masterverse can continue as a separate line...they can cut off MOTU vs Transformers or Thundercats line...whatever...but yeah, Snakemen, Horde and few of the heroes...Rio Blast like you said or rock people or Extendar (also hinted recently)...not to forget the Vintage collection line...we have more than few figures announced already, so I think there's no need to worry 🙂
one more thing...if you look at the Dragstor's box art, you can see Extendar and there's somebody's left claw next to him and He Man, probably Grizzlor's, so maybe we will get New Etheria version of him next year...

I have 7. Buzz-Off is my favorite heroic character. I hope they release him again in the Vintage Collection.

@ornclown Hehe, I try not to say this too often, and I have ALL the snake men from Origins, but yeah, feel similar about this fourth faction.
To me, it was ok that there were less of them originally, because they are all snakes! Like, with the Horde you have all sorts of creatures, same with the Evil Warriors and even the heroic warriors have a flying monkey and a bee person.
Mostly though, I got SERIOUSLY burned out from what they did in Origins, with all the snake stuff in short order.
If they are well designed, I’m ok with getting some of the original Snake Men in MV, but somehow, I don’t have a huge urge… heh

In a perfect world, Mattel would produce them all evenly. There should be waves of 4 with 1 Snakeman, 1 Heroic/POP, 1 Evil & 1 Horde character. Since it's not as popular (The only character I like Optikk) New Adventures could be a BBTS/EE/MC exclusive line.
I'm dreading next year because of the movie. I'm the opposite of everybody else, I don't want or need everything to be made into a movie. They rarely ever do it right. I just want the original 80s figures to be upgraded in the best possible way. I'm only in it for the toys, I couldn't care less about the cartoons, comics or movies. I hate what Filmation did, turned the entire franchise into baby/toddler Sesame Street crap. I prefer the 1st pre-Filmation year with the more mature adult fantasy art from the boxes. They did the same thing to Robocop, started with an R rating & then dumbed it down for the toddlers.
