@he-mayon I'd be tempted to answer that she used to belong to the 'wildest dreams' category of Motu before the all-encompassing line of Motuc Classics, which is valid enough for me. But what I'm curious to find out at this point is the level of innovation in the design, as New Eternia is known for its pleasant surprises.
@he-mayon I've just remembered that she appears in her astronaut outfit on Randor's box art, so this design is a pretty safe bet at first glance. This is great as far as I'm concerned, considering that MOTUC made the said outfit green to make it easier to combine with her royal look.

As much as I would be down with her in New Eternia or any other line!

Here's a first review of Mosquitor! I'm glad his body colour isn't exactly black, as this reinforces my motivation to get a more vintage-looking reinterpretation of him later down the road. Given that the Four Horsemen reimagined the character with mosquito legs on his back back in 2012, I hope they'll do the same this time, which would be a "win-win" for both camps of his fans (don't you agree, Pixel Dan?).
@onlyoneskeletor Not sure why they would not make these figures black, first Ninjor now this guy… is black plastic more expensive?? Does intense black not fit with New Eternia aesthetic??
At least it seems Anti-Eternia HM is up to par.
If you guys don't like the gray you could easily pop these figures apart using boiling water & dunk the parts in black Rit DyeMore.
Well, AE He-Man also sold out on Amazon & Nerdzoic. Now I'm convinced it's not just collectors buying them all. Word has spread that AE He-Man is going to be the cash cow of the wave so all the scalpers are jumping on it. That's my theory. Which is fine by me because I think it's the crappiest/lamest figure in the wave. You could dunk any He-Man figure in black Rit Dye, paint some red on it & you have an instant AE He-Man. I'm thinking about doing that to an extra BA He-Man.

@cosmic I'm not sure what the consensus is here, but one thing is for sure: according to Toyguru, back in 2012 Mattel used black plastic to save as much money as possible. Maybe the rules have changed thirteen years later, but I'll lean towards the strategic manoeuvre instead. @yen Tell me about it! As if Mantenna wasn't already causing enough problems.
Honestly, swapping Mosquitor's chest plate isn't too difficult. I do wish they'd made it a liquid-y plate like Origins, though. And yes, as I said earlier, I would have preferred his body black, but the grey still looks quite good. He is an awesome figure, probably one of my top picks in the whole line.

It's really easy actually. You just need to heat it up with a hair dryer or dunk it in boiling water for a few seconds. The chest part is made out of a hard rubber material that will stretch nicely when heated.
I just removed Mantenna's chest plate & almost broke one of the pegs. I put the chest armor in boiling water & it stretches making it very easy.
Well, judging by their present delivery situation, I'd say the following weekend is the most likely time for their reception. Fingers crossed!OnlyOne, have your figures arrived in France yet? I hope so!

My Anti-Eternia and Mantenna are arriving today, plus the few other things I had in my pile of loot (Hello, Studio 86 Grimlock!). Or who knows, it still may take till tomorrow. Can’t wait!
So now Despara is conspiring against her evil adoptive father? And Dragstor would join her to fulfil her schemes? As a result, he would also be placed under the 'New Etheria' banner. I mean, why not? (Source: Toy Habits). I won't mention the third character joining the 20th wave, as it may be obvious to everyone.

Dragstor will definitely be brought back within the vintage collection, for sure! As for the rest, I think the team in charge is desperate to make their mark, hence all this creativity. The sky's the limit for them, no doubt! From the design itself to the origins of these characters. The one that struck me the most was Jitsu, who suddenly became a noble samurai...Dragstor will be New Etheria now ? what's going on ? Which wave is Vintage Collection Stratos supposed to belong to? If any. I really wish Mattel stuck to 4 figures per wave & kept the Vintage Collection separate. How are we supposed to keep track of where the Vintage Collection fits in?
