Look at this way. $25.99 is relatively cheap for what we are getting. It's not much more than Origins and some of the New Eternia figures are stunning. There are also improvements each year like all the Skeletors come with articulated jawbones. I can live with it.
Yes ... I wonder how many will be hooked by the potential "Army Builder Effect" it comes with. Because let's be honest for a second, they haven't shown that much creativity innocently.😏
Well... BBTS confirmed that their prices have started to rise due to the current tariff war going on.
90% of their products come from China / Vietnam, so they have no choice but to pass on the price hike to consumers...
They surmise that most products, including those on pre-order, will incur a 15% to 40% increase appearing as a surcharge on our invoices.
So now, the Tiamat figure that I have on pre-order (for $339) could cost an additional $136USD!!!
Asinine.
I am certainly going to have to rethink my spending habits (and all of the open pre-orders I have with BBTS and others...)

@admin with the addition of tubes and a helmet with a face shield, it almost makes the terror clause look like industrial equipment and the helmet is PPE.

I'm actually at the weird stage of 'if it's another Ninjor or Terror Claws at least I save money.' It really is time to ditch New Whatever short of concept art releases. And even that's a stretch. We're firmly into peg warmer Marvel Legends waves territory at the moment.
We need Mantenna in Masterverse first!
And agree, they need to step up the Masterverse game. Ninjor looks kinda neat, but TC Skelly, She-ra, Teela, Khan, and especially Hordak seem a little lackluster.

If the rumor is true and Mosquitor is indeed a release in the near future, I'm beyond thrilled. He's one of my top picks and I wasn't sure we'd get him!
@yen1893 Well, Mosquitor is definitely held in high esteem by some major influencer of the last decade, who I'm sure could heavily promote this character in due time. More selfishly, though, I'm excited to have the chance to replace my Motuc replica of him after it suffered some domestic incident a few years ago. Fingers crossed that this rumor is true...

I agree that Blade looks far too friendly - almost smarmy - in the above pictures. Maybe it's a lighting thing? If not, I'll probably pass.
That said, if the news is true that Mosquitor and Mantenna are coming to Masterverse, then I'm more than placated!
