IT’S OFFICIAL! Today Amazon Officially Recognized “Masters of the Universe” as their #1 Movie Worldwide on Prime Video for last week (as we track 7 days in a row and counting)

It’s official!

While we have been using Flix Patrol to track the worldwide performance of the new “Masters of the Universe” Movie on Amazon’s Prime Video streaming service, their unaffiliated rankings are based on a point system that is not as reliable as Amazon’s internal metrics.

The good news is Amazon released their official rankings today and “Masters of the Universe” was indeed their #1 Film Worldwide last week. Here are the details:

Here’s what Prime Original films and series Prime Video members watched last week (Monday, July 20–Sunday, July 26), from action-packed films to binge-worthy series.

These lists are calculated based on total worldwide Prime Video accounts that viewed a title from Monday–Sunday and differ from what customers see in the Prime Video app, which reflects a shorter period of time and country-specific viewing data.
