I am sorry, I did not read anything in this thread for fear of spoilers, however, I had to come in and say my part about the negative reviews on RT…
As usual, the “critics" are so far removed from reality that they use the same ratings scale for both Citizen Kane and MOTU. Seriously, one reviewer wrote that she had a good time, the movie was vibrant, colorful, and action packed… BUT, it lacked a strong plot and had too much humor. She gave it a 2 out of 5?!?
Ugh… not that I’d give any credence to any ‘critic’ whether I agree with them or not, it is ultimately up to the viewers to decide if they like it or not.
It just rubs me the wrong way that some people might deprive themselves of this movie based on someone’s flaky review of it.
