I can’t wait to hear it
I hope Baby Cringer takes off like Baby Yoda and Mattel makes lots of Baby Cringer merchandise. Hehe I would buy all of it.
Love that we’re getting young and older, I can’t wait to see what they’re going to do with Cringer/Battlecat – does Battlecat speak too? When does his transformation happen? (No indication he’s around when Adam changes in front of Trap-Jaw) and does Cringer accompany Adam to earth? I remember in the early trailer feedback the guy mentioned Cringer was with Adam on earth, but nothing in the trailers show us anything there. We’ll find out this week!
@battlecat327 I think that trailer leak was either a lie, or a scrapped scene.
@kinggrayskull09 I tend to agree. Story wise it would probably be hard for Adam to hide a giant green tiger in a major city for 15 years but I admit I’ll be bummed if he’s not. One of my favorite things is how they’re generally best friends- separated as kids and not growing up together would impact that (although you could say the same thing for Adam and Teela)
@battlecat327 I have to agree there.
Honestly beginning to think Battle Cat just shows up in the last shot of the film before credits roll. Every other scene and action is as Cringer and there is no transformation.
Just my 2 cents.
@dgsimo I’m fine with that. It’s like with Orko or other heroic and evil warriors, there’s no room for them. This is He-man’s story. But battle cat and Orko have to be in the movie even for a small amount, because we might not get a sequel.
@dgsimo my current theory is he gets transformed at some point without the armor. The shots of him growling, carrying Adam and Teela, and that toy set showing him fight Beastman seems far more characteristic of Battlecat than Cringer, unless they’re treating Cringer more in line with the CGI show
