It’s finally here, your first taste of what the official “Masters of the Universe” Movie Soundtrack is going to sound like.
Composed by Daniel Pemberton with Queen legendary guitarist Brian May, here is a taste of He-Man’s new original soundtrack will sound like.
It’s two versions of one track called “Eternia” that composer Daniel Pemberton called the “opening cue of the movie“… as well as the “end credits version” per its title:
Eternia (from “Masters of the Universe”)
Eternia (from “Masters of the Universe”) (End Credits Version)
The full soundtrack “Standard” Edition will be available for sale from Lakeshore Records on June 5th.

No word yet what a special edition may contain, and if there will be a physical release.

What is this crap? The trailer music was better!
I was really hoping we got some form of the theme song in the opening or the end credits, maybe we will before or after this? I hope I’m not setting myself up for disappointment, but it seems crazy with how much they’ve used it to promote this film (and even asked for it to be incorporated into the 2nd trailer score) that it’s not going to show up in some fashion.
It can still show up in various places in the movie.
Not too shabby. The vocals is a bit twee for my taste.
It screams 1980s.
I dig it. 80s galore.
It’s weird and I like it.
