  1. Comment sections are already filled with

Those heads? Really? They’re still on shelves!
Release Whiplash! King Hiss! Thunderpunch He-Man!
I’m glad Origins is still alive! (Citation possibly needed)
Don’t kill Masterverse! Rerelease the expensive ones!
    New knees ladies!

Now if only Mattel would do even some of those suggestions!

  2. I knew this would happen. Even though I have both of the original vintage head releases (I don’t know why the pictures show the V1s of the figures, hopefully they aren’t those and just reusing old images) I’ll probably get extras because while they’re still fine, my He-Mans legs have a tiny bit of wear of some kind and one of Skel’s arms is a tiny bit loose.

Also they should really rerelease Teela with better quality control on the arms and the updated female figure knees like they did with She-Ra

    1. It seems like one last attempt to generate relative big profits before the Origins line disappears completely.

If they had any fucking sense they’d Marvel Legends the Origins line during/after the movie and rerelease figures including former exclusives alongside the remaining PoP, Filmation and introduce NA. Basically mixed waves. But I bet their spreadsheet’s tooling column is too feeble even for that.

Indeed. Don’t get me started on these two keywords: Mattel and tooling. It has frustrated people so much over the years. The existence of an overabundance of references (characters, beasts) that never made it just because of this very principle is too much for me to take. I have reached my limit.
