CCXP BRAZIL RUMOR FOLLOWUP: Iron Studios Announces MOTU Movie Statue License and TEELA Actress Camila Mendes arrives at Brazil (but is it to support her fiancé?)

A few days ago we reported that there were rumors circulating alleging that during CCXP Brazil 2025 (a pop culture convention that takes place December 4th through December 7th in Brazil at the São Paulo Expo)…

… there would be “Masters of the Universe” Movie Merchandise presented possibly in the form of statues… as well as a rumor that footage from the movie would be screened there.

We caveated these rumors with a reminder that we had no way to confirm the information, and to please treat it strictly as rumors.

Well now it’s time for a update:

“Masters of the Universe” Movie Statues Rumor: CONFIRMED (BUT NOT SHOWN)

While there was no actual statues teased on display at CCXP, Iron Studios reportedly did announce that they have the license to make Official “Masters of the Universe” Movie Statues… when they displayed the official movie logo on screen during an Iron Studios Panel (to roars of audience applause.)

So it seems we may have a Nicholas Galitzine He-Man statue in our future, at the very least!

“Masters of the Universe” Movie Footage Rumor: STILL UNCONFIRMED

While we do not have any news if the rumor that “Masters of the Universe” Movie footage will be shown at CCXP Brazil is true or false… what we do know now is there are AMAZON MGM representatives at CCXP like Nicole Clemens….

…Vice President of International Originals at Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios, overseeing the development and production of original films and series (but she may be there for other Amazon titles)…

And we know that Camila Mendes has been spotted at the São Paulo Guarulhos Airport yesterday, arriving in Brazil (with boyfriend Rudy Mancuso).

Yes, the Teela actress is now in Brazil while CCXP Brazil is going on!

However, Camila Mendez might not be there for anything “Masters of the Universe” related… but rather to support her longtime boyfriend Rudy Mancuso (who she recently became engaged to) and is reportedly a CCXP Brazil celebrity guest.

So will there be “Masters of the Universe” Movie footage screened this weekend? We shall see!
