Check it out:

Origins:

“The legends of the 200X era return. ⚔️

“The Spring ’26 Masters of the Universe Origins catalog is here, packed with long-awaited heroes, fearsome villains, and deep-cut favorites from across Eternia.

“He-Man, Stratos, Tri-Klops, and Deluxe Beast Man are available for pre-sale now at select retailers.”

Now while all the Masterverse and the lion’s share of figures in the Origins Spring Catalog have already been previewed online or at San Diego Comic-Con, we do have two brand new reveals, both from the “Sketchbook Series” subline of Origins: Mark Taylor He-Man and Mark Taylor Man-E-Faces!

No additional pre-order information nor dates have been made available as of yet.

  1. Perhaps the ongoing complaints about ‘too many Beast Men in the wild’ made them more reluctant. After all, there is currently another one on sale in the 200X cartoon line. In any case, this grizzly-like character is bound to attract attention. In my opinion, he has the potential to be a top seller.

    1. @dgsimo All I’m asking is that they’ll be Origins figures and not Masterverse ones. We have far fewer slots allocated for the latter; I don’t want the situation to get any worse. However, I’m confident since a ‘Chronicles’ Motu line is rumoured to be launched in the near future.

    2. @dgsimo Well, on a positive note, that’s money saved for Mondo 200X figures, for example. Unless Mattel goes crazy with this line and offers some cool vehicles and creatures unexpectedly, but I won’t change my mind about buying possible characters. It’s time to firmly reset some rules because my room won’t accommodate these extras.

    3. @durendal industry folks only so they weren’t risking breaking NDAs. Mattel also showed clips from the movie
Something did sort of leak from the event which AJ already reported on and it was the standee of He-Man and Battle Cat from the movie. Lol

  2. For those that wanted 200x Origins, yay? But these are a lot! I don’t get why Mattel just doesn’t finish the Origins line first. For figures, I think we still need Blast Attack, Two-Bad, Stonedar, the spinning guys (Twistoid and Rotar), and the Giants. Any more? Also, many vehicles yet, although I don’t think Mattel will do them all. But, Battle Ram? Come on!
I get that Two-Bad will come out as Tuvar and Baddrah, like he did for the Filmation version, and that is good. But still, to me it would make sense to finish Origins before the new movie comes out.

    1. @wvzx Preach. Remember this interview dude where Mattel admitted Two Bad was sculpted but on pause because they wanted to give cartoon collection the spotlight?

It looks like Mattel is doing it again with the 200X cartoon collection so screw that shit especially after eliminating the comics. I’ll buy the sketch figures and save myself some money.
