It is almost SDCC time!
While we expect a tremendous amount of He-Man themed exclusives at next year’s San Diego International Comic-Con (timed with the June 2026 release of the new “Masters of the Universe” film), there are still a handful of MOTU themed goodies to be had at this year’s SDCC (which is only 13 days away!)

Here are the “Masters of the Universe” SDCC 2025 Exclusives that we know of so far:
Masters Of The Universe | She-Ra Sword Of Protection Scaled Prop Replica

Factory Entertainment is bringing the power of Etheria to San Diego Comic-Con with their Masters of the Universe She-Ra Sword of Protection Scaled Prop Replica.
This 7.5-inch sword is a scaled prop replica of Princess Adora’s trusted Sword Of Protection, used by her to transform into the heroic She-Ra.

Equipped with a “Masters Of The Universe” branded acrylic display stand, Factory Entertainment will reportedly have a limited quantity available at their SDCC booth (but it will also be available for pre-order at FactoryEnt.com – no affiliation).

The price is $50 US and online pre-orders are expected to ship in August.
Mattel 80th Anniversary Lanyard & Pins Set
Get ready to celebrate 80 years of iconic toys with Monogram’s Mattel 80th Anniversary Lanyard & Pins Set – a nostalgic exclusive debuting at San Diego Comic-Con 2025!

Created in collaboration with Mattel, this colorful collectible honors beloved brands like Masters of the Universe, Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Monster High with a lanyard design that proudly features the 80th anniversary logo and iconic imagery.

The set also includes three enamel pins: the official 80th Anniversary emblem, a Hot Wheels logo, and a Barbie silhouette – capturing the spirit of Mattel’s legendary lineup. Whether you’re a collector or just celebrating the classics, this set is the ultimate accessory.

Packaged on a peggable backer card with the pins attached directly to the lanyard strap, there will be only 250 available so snag yours for $20 US at Booth #3645 and join the celebration of Mattel’s toy legacy!
Masters of the Universe Turtles of Grayskull Skele-Shredder Action Figure
Coming to Mattel’s SDCC booth #3029, Skele-Shredder is not just a figure; he’s the ultimate embodiment of evil. The terrifying hybrid captures the essence of Shredder’s martial prowess and Skeletor’s dark magic. The result is an intricate mix of Shredder’s armor and Skeletor’s skeletal, mystical aesthetics.

Each interchangeable head marks a different phase of the Ooze mutation: one for Shredder, one for Skeletor, and one for the fully fused Skele-Shredder.

Another Exclusive Figure?
We don’t know what this is about… but the Mattel Creations website calendar is showing another “Masters of the Universe” themed collectible coming to Club Grayskull members a day after Skele-Shredder:

A mistake by Mattel or another SDCC related MOTU Collectible on the way? Only time will tell.
San Diego International Comic-Con 2025 takes place July 24th through the 27th at the San Diego Convention Center.
We’ll see you next time.

Happy to see my current toy collector obsession and my first life hyperfixation, no, basically my first outright religion as child, on the same piece of merch.
First five model-filmed seasons of Thomas narrated by Ringo Starr/George Carlin (yes that one)/Alec Baldwin are pure nostalgia.
