Mattel has just announced that they will be releasing a She-Ra: Princess of Power Barbie doll through their Mattel Creations website in celebration of her 40th Year Anniversary!
She-Ra’s signature accessories will include:
- A satiny white dress
- Gold boots
- Winged headpiece
- Flowing red cape
- Sword of Protection
The She-Ra: Princess of Power 40th Anniversary Barbie Doll will be available to order on the Mattel Creations Website this Wednesday, June 18th at 9AM PT / 12PM ET!

I kinda like it, but I don’t love the seems created by the joints. I think Barbie is one of those lines that should use a seamless body. TBLeague has figure in 1:6 that are articulated and seamless, but also expensive.

Another replica of her was offered as a doll at the SDCC convention in 2016. Though not technically affiliated with the Barbie brand, it surpassed it in every way, in my humble opinion, indeed.

Ordered it fir my daughter along with a cm punk for me.
That is sweet that you bought one for your daughter. I was going to wait until later in the day to order one. I am relieved that I didn’t because I read that it sold out quickly.
I got one for my brother right when it went on sale. I am glad I was able to get one, it apparently sold out in seconds. I have a couple of friends who are Barbie collectors, and they both really wanted this one too.
Got shipping notice. Hope it comes before my daughters bday next week. Wasnt expecting it to ship, thought it was a preorder.
I ordered one for my wife for our anniversary. She’s a huge She-Ra fan. Just got my shipping notice today. I also ordered a Motherboard figure for me.
Just got the Barbie She-Ra today for my wife! It’s absolutely beautiful. My Motherboard figure also came, which is equally awesome!!

Reactivating this thread to say that my very first Barbie (and probably last lol) is on its way. The second batch, that we ordered after the first one sold out so quickly, are now being shipped.
Not a roll collector in the least, but finding this a special crossover that should look nice in the shelf. Will probably keep her in package, for once.
