OUR REVIEW:
This episode featuring the debut of both Roboto and Modulok starts out with a spectacular opening, a mysterious ship (with an even more mysterious pilot) found burried under the sand. What the story settles into is a solid tale featuring good additions to this series' heroic & evil roster, with both being visually and narratively interesting. (7/10)

  1. 10/10 I LOVE HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBOTO! Modulok is a great bad guy and Roboto is a perfect fit for the royal family. The only thing that makes me sad is we had to wait this long for him to join. I wish Roboto was in this series as much as Ram Man that’s how much I love him.

  2. I love this episode – makes me sad that the show is winding down at this point because Season 3 definitely added a lot of compelling characters from the ’85 line. In particular I love how they did Modulok, introducing him in He-Man before he transitioned to She-Ra (much like the toy’s background), and how he’s treated as a full fledged Eternian villain in his appearances.

I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it, it’s a shame that they really started to enhance the animation in the latter episodes, imagine what it could have looked like if it continued beyond the 130.
