Written by Will the new “Mercy” movie finally take mercy on He-Man fans in regards to a “Masters of the Universe” trailer?
With only 4 months and 21 days until the theatrical release of Amazon MGM Studios and Mattel Studios “Masters of the Universe” movie, fans have been chomping at the bit to see a trailer.
While insiders like Nancy Grace incorrectly predicted the new trailer might come before “Avatar: Fire and Ash“…
… we said back in December that “the only other logical spot (other than Avatar 3) is pairing the “Masters of the Universe” trailer with “Mercy” which is another big theatrical film coming from MOTU’s own Amazon MGM Studios.”
And now with the Chris Pratt lead, sci-fi suspense thriller coming Friday next week on January 23rd (and early screenings a few days before that), will Amazon MGM Studios and Mattel Studios finally grant He-Man fans sweet relief with a new trailer?
We don’t know, but we shall see.

Have to say the Mercy trailer was the best I’ve seen in a while. Most don’t evoke ‘I’d actually watch this!’ these days.
Same, but when I told my friend that he made fun of me. 😂 He said it looked like a rip off Minority Report and some other science fiction stuff I can’t remember. I don’t care. It looks good 2 me.

It makes sense if Amazon does that. Some fans will literally go see Mercy just to watch the trailer in a theater.
Does that really happen? Do people really go see a movie they wouldn’t ordinarily see to watch a trailer?

I don’t know their credibility but they are followed by an insider account that’s been trustworthy before so take with a grain of salt and all that. However if it’s true I expect they’ll announce before then the trailer is coming so we shouldn’t have to wait long to know for sure.
Of course I pre-warn everybody that even this info has seperate grifters and fake news engagement farmers who claimed their sources were “99% Accurate " the trailer was coming on the Super Bowl to now state plans have changed and it’s coming Thursday. Gee wonder where that info came from. 🤔 🫠

They didn’t. The He-Mania story posed the possibility of a trailer releasing with Amazon MGM’s Mercy this Friday. The Twitter account was talking about marketing for June releases in general and then gave a specific day for the trailer.
Again we’ll likely know before Thursday if it’s true or not.
