This evening during Mondo’s Toy Talk with Hector and Peter featuring their “2025 Holiday Recap”, the gentleman revealed a lot of exciting information about their upcoming “Masters of the Universe” figures during the show.

Here is the information that was revealed:
MONDO ANNOUNCES 1:6 SCALE FLOCKED PANTHOR FIGURE FOR 2026!
Manufacturing Problems. Flocking banned in Europe. What couldn’t be done in 2024, suddenly can be done in 2026. Yes, a flocked 1:6 Scale “Masters of the Universe” Panthor figure is coming in 2026.

If you recall, a limited edition Flocked 1:6 Scale Panthor was originally slated to be available back in November 2023.

But then we reported HERE that the flocked Panthor project may be dead in the water thanks to some technical issues and plastic bans in Europe, per Bob Fulkerson (Mondo’s Director of Product Operations at the time.) Well now it seems all obstacles have been overcome and the Mondo 1:6 Scale Flocked Panthor will be available next year!
MONDO 1:12 SCALE TEELA (200X) DESIGN REVEAL
Next up we have a gorgeous concept design reveal of their upcoming Teela figure, from Mondo’s new “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe” (200X) 1:12 Scale Action Figure line. (And Teela will come with Orko!) Check it out:

MONDO 1:6 SCALE TRI-KLOPS FIGURE PROTOTYPE
Hector showed off a Prototype for the upcoming 1:6 Scale “Masters of the Universe” Tri-Klops figure. Check out that amazing blast effect.

UPCOMING “MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE” 1:6 SCALE FIGURE TEASES
Two more “Masters of the Universe” 1:6 Scale Figures were teased for 2026. Look at the silhouettes below. Who could they be?

And now we are going to let the awesome @smokinya take it from here, with his awesome recap that will cover what we mentioned above, plus more details:
200x Skeletor Toy Talk Notes
- Skeletor has a completely unique sculpt from He-Man. I guess this is something they discussed doing for 1/6th, but since the line is already so deep they wanted to keep the male and female humanoid bodies the same. Won’t be the case for 1/12th
- Showed off Man-At-Arms on stream and he looks great. His cannon looks sick and they created a new piece of articulation so his shoulder armour doesn’t impede his movement
- Keldor figure heavily teased to be coming next year as a possible Con exclusive (similar to Faker and Goddess for 1/6th)
- Battle Cat teased as well (but not as heavily)
That’s more or less the big notes from that Toy Talk
2025 Christmas Toy Talk Notes (both for 1/6th and 1/12)
- Flocked Panthor 100% confirmed for next year. They said they redid the articulation on the cat figure to make it work (not sure I’ll pick it up, but might be tempted)
- Tri-Klops was briefly shown on screen fully painted along with the Doom Seeker and a cool energy blast accessory he comes with. He looks great, I’m expecting a February release
- 1/6th teaser offered up in an image format. One of them is 110% to be confirmed King Hiss by the image. I have no clue on the other photo (maybe Karg or Saurod? I can’t seem them getting a figure before other characters though). I’ve attached the file to the post, if not you can find it here: Mondo Toy Talk Ep 37 – End of the Year Holiday Recap! at the 2:01:25 mark
- Teela and Orko render were shown off for 1/12th line. She looks fantastic and I’m excited to see how she translates into figure form. You can see the render at the above video at the 2:00:00 mark
That’s about all that was revealed on the stream. Looks like another fantastic year of MOTU planned from Mondo. They once again mentioned the strong support the line has and Peter said that as long as they get the support they want to get to every character they can.

- 1/6th figure tease: 2:01:25
- 1/12th Teela and Orko Render: 2:00:00
- Flocked Panthor: 2:09:35 onwards
- Tri-Klops: 1:40:45 onwards
Fantastic!
Thanks again to the amazing @smokinya for his bullet points recapping the entire show, and also the amazing @dgsimo for making sure we were aware!
We’ll see you next time!

I’m thinking that’s King Hssss and Ninjor with a cloak or cape.
@grayskullguardsman same
Ninjor also came up when I was thinking it over last night, but I can’t see them giving his hands and feet such a reptile look. It’s not like they’re forced to reuse any parts like Mattel is with their figures.
A cloaked Kobra Khan was another possibility? They did mention that these characters were “a long time coming” so I feel like they have to be some heavy hitters.
@grayskullguardsman I didn’t see it until you said it. It has to be Ninjor.
Damn. Didn’t expect all this. Mondo brought their A game for xmas.
Panthor should be a darker purple. Tri-klops looks badass. I still don’t like the green on Teela but she is fire.
I could have guessed Pig Boy, but the silhouette isn’t tall enough. Lord Grasp? There is no right-handed pincer! So maybe it’s just an alternative form for King Hsss himself?
Hope its not two snakemen. That would mean mattel pushing their weird snakeman fetish.
Callin it now. Mondo customer support is gonna be neck high in flocked panthor problems lmao
@skeledog
Customer “My Panthor flocking peeled off like a REAL pelt!"
Mondo CS “Yeah, that’s actually a special feature"
Customer “How do I a get it back on?!"
Mondo CS “….."
Doesn’t look like Ninjor to me. The biceps are too scaly. I’m betting it IS Khan.
