License-based games are typically very bad BUT the beat ’em up genre is the enormous exception to this rule. I’m not totally familiar with the devs but if this is even a quarter of the quality of Shredder’s Revenge then we’re in for a great time.
TMNT Shredder’s Revenge was more than a game it was a love letter. IT WAS AMAZING! When they hired the original actors to do voices I almost cried. That game gets my respect.
