From June 2024 through June 2025, actor Nicholas Galitzine endured an impressive body transformation for his new role as Prince Adam / He-Man for the upcoming big budget film “Masters of the Universe” from Amazon MGM and Mattel Studios.

June 2024 – The Beginning
Beginning in June 2024, shortly after it was announced that he had won the Prince Adam & He-Man role, Nicholas Galitzine’s hair & makeup artist Brady Lea revealed Nick’s new blonde look… and a visual bookmark of how far Nicholas would need to transform physically to look like “the most powerful man in the universe.” (Nick had a long way to go.)

Nick Galitzine was seen sporting his new blonde look on the streets of London, shortly thereafter….

Later that month, Nicholas was also seen at the Fendi Men Spring/Summer 2025 Show.

He had a great Prince Adam / He-Man face, but his body wasn’t there… yet.

November 2024
Then in November 2024, thanks to some photos taken on the set of “The One Hundred Nights of Hero“, we saw that Nicholas was growing out his hair into a Prince Adam / He-Man haircut, probably in contractual preparation for his upcoming MOTU role. He also appeared to be gaining weight.

December 2024
In December 2024, He-Man actor Nicholas Galitzine took to social media and shared a holiday picture of himself showing how far he had come in regards to weight gain and muscle mass.

His progress was quite impressive.

January 2025
In January 2025, actor Nicholas Galitzine revealed his current workout regimen which consisted of weightlifting and eating about 4,000 calories a day. Here was a couple photos he posed for W Magazine.

February 2024
February 2024 was the perhaps the biggest month in regards to getting a good look at the progress Nicholas Galitzine made in his physical transformation.

Nicholas showed off his incredible weight gain and growth at an Amani Event which impressed fans across the globe.

Also that same month, we saw actors Nicholas Galitzine (He-Man), Hafthor Bjornsson (Goat Man) and Camila Mendes (Teela) posing for a photo, further demonstrating how thick Nicholas’ body had become.

Then, still in February 2025, fans received visual confirmation that cameras were rolling for the New “Masters of the Universe” Movie thanks to a bulked up Nicholas Galitzine on Earth as Prince Adam (filming on the streets of London)

And if February wasn’t exciting enough, the world received the first (partial) official look at actor Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man:

May 2025 – The Finished Product
Then in May 2025, we believe we got to see Nicholas Galitzine filming (on the streets of London again) as perhaps the ‘finished product‘ when it comes to his body transformation. This Prince Adam we saw in May was a much more leaner Prince Adam… quite leaner than what we saw four months before.

Experts say gaining muscle bulk fast is a two-step process. First Step: You increase your calorie intake dramatically and do heavy weight training to gain weight and build muscle mass.

The Second Step is to lose weight by decreasing your calorie intake and increasing cardio exercises, which will shed your excess body fat, all while maintaining the muscle mass you gained.

And that shedding body fat is what we believe occurred here between the months of February 2025 and May 2025, resulting in two physical different Prince Adams.

Unless it is story driven, we do wonder if the change in Nicholas Galitzine-as-Prince-Adam physique will be noticeable or even distracting on screen. Time will tell.
Here is Nicholas Galitzine with a fan on the streets of London in May 2025...

And here are some images of Nicholas in June 2025 when he finished filming.

By the Power of Grayskull! What an amazing transformation in a year’s time. Congratulations to Nicholas Galitzine to his dedication and the terrific results that came from all that hard work.

Filming has wrapped for the “Masters of the Universe” Movie with the the big budget film scheduled to be released in cinemas worldwide on June 5th, 2026.
We’ll see you next time!

Omigod I forgot he started out so tiny!
Oh! So this is what kids my age call “Sigma" I understand now lol
Impressive and inspiring! 🙂
*takes a long, hard and stern look at a nearby sitting dumbbell pair* … Oh well, thats enough imagined training for today. 😛
Uhh…. last I encountered that term outside the greek alphabet it came from the deepest darkest Andrew Tate type manosphere corners of the web. Better take a long talk with those kids (if they’re yours that is :P).
@lurker-man LOL 🤣 I think it’s a dumb term. I don’t even understand it exactly. They also use dumb emojis like: 🗿🔥 it’s sooooooo dumb
Nicely done.
Hard to say until I see him on screen, but this is what PED’s can do for you ladies and gents. Definitely don’t try this at home.
He-Man doesn’t use PED’s to transform. He uses the power of Grayskull.
You’re right. Need to stop reading all that Snake Mountain propaganda
Nick took his job seriously and he looks amazing! We couldn’t ask for a better man to lead this movie!
Excellent catalogue. I am rooting for Nick. He clearly has put forth a maximum effort in becoming He-Man. I hope this community never forgets it.
Originally I thought portraying He-man required an impressive physique. Now, I prioritize that this actor (and the whole cast) has shown commitment, enthusiasm and respect for this project, so I think we’re OK with Galitzine, if he can make a believable Adam/He-man, not because he’s huge, but because he captures that charisma/matureness/wisdom from the Filmation character. I like to think that version of He-man had a bit of Aragorn and El Zorro (as portrayed by Guy Williams, who masterfully managed that duality of being Don Diego and El Zorro).
@man-at-work My whole family has been a little turned off to all the negativity lately so your post was very refreshing. I hope more fans have the same change of heart.
TRAILER COMING WHEN?
