I'm reassured that such a great actor was hired to play Man-E-Faces. He's absolutely in line with the most modern and refreshed portrayals of the character (200X, Revelation, Revolution, etc.).
It’s very nice to hear he has a warm relationship to the property.
Also interesting that He-Man & Co were cheaper in the US, cheaper than the much smaller Star Wars toys. I had to beg my mom to buy me my very first MOTU figure (Webstor), and she regretted it later because he was so darn expensive. In Europe, they were priced by size I think lol. MOTU was a lot more pricey than Star Wars where I grew up, add to that a different income level, and that my parents didn’t have a lot of money, it was a big expense.

Hmmm, Idris was 10 years old when MOTU first came out. I don't want to say he's BS'ing, but that's kinda late in age to get into a toyline like that...
