By Power of Grayskull! Along with the announcement that he had finished filming the new "Masters of the Universe" Movie, actor Nicholas Galitzine released an image of himself as He-Man! Check it out: This is what the Prince Adam / He-Man actor had to say on Instagram: NICHOLAS GALITZINE: Well, that’s a wrap on Masters of the Universe. It has been an honour shouldering the responsibility of playing Adam and He Man. It’s been the role of a lifetime and I put everything into it. There’s not much I can show you, but I am so proud of the movie…
We have the Power!
They brought He-Man to life! Nick looks amazing! This movie is going to be so good!
Oh my, my, my! I never thought I’d have the hots for a man in a skirt before. 😆 Nick looks fine! 😍
He-Man is by no means massive but he is bigger then this for sure. If you think the front will be better then you dont know the body building rule of your back needing to be at peak potential to has a prominent chest. This back shot isnt giving me mush hope. The shoulders are by far the saddest part. Guess he didn't juice for the role like the rest of Hollywood lol.

Perhaps computers will be used to enhance him. While he gained muscle mass he clearly doesn’t look the part of He-Man.
I really hope they use CGI effects to enhance his muscle mass, because the build he's sporting is just not nearly enough. It's fine for Prince Adam, but for He-Man it's far too paltry. He needed to be Chris Hemsworth size in Love and Thunder at minimum.
Releasing that picture has already had a very negative effect on social media. Everyone is making fun of it...
Anybody else getting the feeling this movie is being rushed? Unless they're adding boatloads of CGI and promo material later I've never seen a movie shot this quickly or with so little fanfare.

Google's evil AI says it's normal.
Big-budget movies typically have a production phase (shooting) that lasts between 3 to 6 months
nic looks great in my eyes (well, i'm a woman so i guess it's subjective. i just think he's beautiful, ok? ok.)
that said...like....yeah, i get it. nic here looks a lil on the lean side, whereas the he-man of canon has always been built much bigger. he-man is more muscular and ripped. nic is more lithe and athletic, looks like he has a runner's build. i don't hate it by any means and we still have yet to see him from the front.
remember that instagram pic of nic with the power sword, y'all? from what we could make out of his arms and his chest (behind the armor) his arms and chest looked to be a decent size. so i'll hold off on making a final decision until we get a more flattering, close-up picture of nic as he-man from the front.
for now i just really, really hope nobody makes fun of him over his appearance. opinions and (constructive) criticism are valid and should be allowed but i hope nobody's mean to nic.
ofc, i'm not talking about aj's wonderful community. everybody here's lovely and i know bullying is beneath us. i mean other places, the Internet's a big place and there's a lot of rude people out there.

I spose I'm used to reshoots!
@durendal you might already know, but Hemsworth’s physique was enhanced using CGI in Love and Thunder. I saw the before-and-after pics, and the difference was pretty significant—so maybe they’ll do the same here. As a pro bodybuilder, I’m pretty underwhelmed by his physique. Not trying to sound negative—it just doesn’t say He-Man to me. His face and hair are spot on, though.
His outfit seems appropriate enough... but, the person wearing it needs to be buff, methinks.
I'm thinking Thor in Love & Thunder levels of buff... not daytime television, romance novel buff.
My fingers remain crossed... but, this guy is going to be the literal face of the franchise (if it gets to sequel territory, that is...), so I'm hoping to see some amazing things.
