Apparently, Susanna may be releasing her memoirs entitled In Your Room: A Life In Music And Love.

This will be Susanna's second book (she already has a rock and roll fiction novel called This Bird Has Flown).

There is also Eternal Flame by Jennifer Otter Bickerdike which officially tells the authorised story of The Bangles (Susanna, as well as sisters Vicki & Debbi Peterson and Michael Steele).

Susanna's memoirs are apparently slated for a 2026 release, along with a new music project!

Described as “honest, poetic, and fiercely personal,” the book will offer a deep dive into Hoffs’ life - from her childhood in Los Angeles to fronting The Bangles, navigating superstardom, and finding balance in art, love, and family.

Susanna promises never-before-shared stories, including her collaborations with music legends like Prince, her creative process, and her experiences as a woman in the male-dominated rock world.

Now for the music, Susanna also revealed plans for a new album titled Unplugged Hearts, a collection of intimate duets with some of today’s most admired musicians.

Though the full lineup is still under wraps, sources close to the project tease collaborations with Paul McCartney, Billie Eilish, Harry Styles, & Norah Jones.

The album will feature a mix of original songs and reimagined classics, centered around themes of connection, vulnerability, and timeless love.

Susanna says: “This is the most personal work I’ve ever done. “The book and the album are reflections of where I’ve been, what I’ve learned, and what still inspires me.”
